As we arrive at the longest night of the year, winter invites us to slow down and tend to what truly nourishes us - especially before the rush of the holidays pulls our energy outward.

On the day of the Winter Solstice, join me for a candlelit evening of connection and intentional self-care. We’ll begin with medicinal hot chocolate and time to mingle, followed by a few minutes of gentle movement to help the body unwind before settling into a deeply restorative sound bath. We’ll close with a creative writing exercise to help you reflect and realign. A gentle ritual for slowing down and meeting the season with intention.
